Our large resin molds are crafted from 4/5 inch (2cm) thick HDPE material, designed to withstand high temperatures and pressures during the curing process. Unlike silicone molds, our molds maintain their shape, ensuring consistent results for your resin artworks.

Manufactured using state-of-the-art CNC equipment, each mold panel is securely fastened with stainless steel bolts and threaded inserts. This construction guarantees vertical inner walls, eliminating unsightly weld lines and reducing the need for post-finishing work.
Advanced Leveling and Fastening System
Equipped with two levels and four adjustable feet for real-time monitoring, our molds also feature three adjustable pressure bars and six clamping blocks. This system allows you to easily secure wood blanks for projects such as cutting boards, trays, river tables, and coffee tables.
Easy Demolding
The self-lubricating properties of HDPE ensure that resin doesn't easily adhere, allowing for simple demolding. Just tap with a rubber mallet or detach the short sides of the mold for hassle-free release.
Adjustable Size
Our set includes a free 48x3.15 inch divider. By repositioning the dividers, you can create multiple mold sizes, making one set equivalent to several different molds. This flexibility meets various size requirements for your projects.
Pre-Assembled for Convenience
Our resin molds come pre-assembled, eliminating complex assembly issues. (Please note: silicone sealing of the seams is required before pouring resin.)
